---Yummy Apple Pie---
What You'll Need--
1 box premade room Temperature pie crusts
3/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
2 Tablespoons of All purpose flour
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
Pie Pan
About 6 Large Apples (I've been using Honeycrisp and it turns out really well)
What You'll Do--
(Preheat oven to 400F.)
1. Peel Apples.
Slice apples into thin slices.
Set aside.
2. Mix Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Flour, Salt, and the sugars in a large mixing bowl.
Add Apples and stir well.
3. Unroll One pie crust on dry surface.
Apply one crust to the bottom of the pan Overlapping the edge slightly.
Pinch the edges down.
4. Pour ingredients from mixing bowl on top of first crust.
Spread evenly.
5. Unroll second pie crust on dry surface.
Now is a time to get creative! Use cookie cutters to make perfect designs or use a knife to cut out your own!
Apply your decorated crust on top of the pie filling.
Pinch the edges to keep in place.
6. Bake at 400F for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool for two hours!
